I I purchased this from Ed hoy as a lead came cutter but is is also used as a fast, accurate tool for cutting small wood strips and dowels to length. The Sax Easy Cutter is made of plated steel with a heat-treated high carbon steel blade and die-cast aluminum angle plate for accurate symmetrical cuts. Measures 8-1/4 L x 3 W (at widest point of head) x 2-5/8 H (at tallest point) inches. Blade length is 4 inches long with 2-1/2 inch cutting edge.
