Inside diameter is 12 Inch, Frame is 15 inch. The frame is 1.72 inches wide. The depth of the frame is 1 inch and has a ledge on the back of about 1/2 inch wide with a wooden band that can be used to hold the panel in place. The frame weighs about 1 lb on its own. Very nice frame. I believe it is honey oak.
