Ways to Order from The Avenue: |

Use the Email Order Form to place an order. Please DO NOT include any credit card information in the email, we will call you and get the number.

Shipments Outside the 48 States: U.S. orders from outside the lower 48 states, will be shipped via air parcel post or USPS priority. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. If you have another means by which you would like to have your order shipped, please send us an email and we will work out shipping.
*We will ship internationally, but will contact you with a shipping amount for approval. |
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: |
Please calculate additional amount if you want merchandise sent to more than one address. Each address will have it's own shipping costs. |
Method of Shipping: |
We generally ship UPS Standard Ground in the Continental United States. Some items require extra delivery charge. These include items that are oversized or very heavy. Any items requiring a special delivery charge, will have a notation in the items description.
If you would prefer that your package is shipped via USPS (parcel post, priority, air letter post or air parcel post), we can ship that way as well. If this is the case, send us an email indicating the items that you want, and the shipping address, and we can send you an invoice, or call you for payment. |
Returns and Exchanges: |
All returns, must be requested within 3 days of the delivery. When you contact us, you will be given an RFA Number, which you should include on your package. Items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. No returns on custom orders. You are responsible for return postage. |
Shipping Damage due to UPS: |
We are very careful when we pack and ship our merchandise. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit once your package has left our store. If your package shows evidence of damage, open the box before signing the delivery receipt, and indicate "lost" or "damaged" on the carrier's delivery sheet. File a claim immediately with the carrier. Please do not return any damaged merchandise to us, without first filing a claim. |

Quote for custom panels/windows:

Prices for our panels start at $50 per square foot,
plus a pattern/design fee (starting at $28). These
prices increase depending upon the intricacy and size of the
design. If your design includes bevels, or the higher end
art glass, you will only be charged "our cost" for these items.
